I don’t know , you tell me if this is worth $58 plus tip. I went in and I showed the lady a reference picture of what I wanted. Not only did they not know about choosing colors or chrome . But their prices are very misleading . On the wall they have that a pedicure is $35 and Chrome is $10 . That should be $45 not $58.On top of that the work is really messy as you can see in the picture. I do not recommend this place at all . I rather go down to the city, pay toll and gas, just so I can get something I’m satisfied with .

I find this place very relaxing. Small and cozy, they have a TV that plays different movies and shows. They offer pedicure and manicure. Also spa treatments. I usually get Acrylic Gel Manicure. There is a bit of a la Guage barrier making it hard to hear or understand them. I recommend making appointments in advance as it's better to explain to them what you want. If you have design in mind, be sure to show the pictures so they understand. They also offer waxing service and massages. Wish they updated and clean their salon a little to be more modern and clean. But they are very sanitary.

Had such a nice experience at this salon!! I’d been visiting family and in a pinch decided to get my nails done here. The service was great, they were efficient while still doing a thorough job. Love be how my nails turned out and will definitely consider getting them done again here on f need be.

Been going here for few months I love very close and was happy with the service Ryan was doing but going there too late is the issue here. Last time I got tips for the the first time in a very long time he did such wonderful job that I decided to do it again he didn't want to do tip so I insisted because I wanted long nails and since last time it was so nice so I want to keep doing it. This time he asked me if I wanted round or square well I didn't want none of them because my nails are too wide and when I do square looks like I am walking around with shovels on I didn't ask for anything else because I didn't want to bother them the end result was so thick that I will remove them because it looks extremely fake he put about five coats of powder when last time he did two I left $100 today in that place for nothing they need to listen to the customers if they want tip do tip if they want two coaches of powder do to coats they are paying to get their nails done see pictures from last time amd today time to look for another place

GREAT value!! They do service and professionalism with an upper case "S"! UPDATE: I decided to try a different local place for comparison and came right back to Natural Nail & Spa. I have never been to a nail salon wherein the first thing they request of you is that you wash your hands BEFORE you touch anythng!!. This is a great business practice, and now a HUGE selling point in my book!!! Update2: Natural Nail & Spa still remains my local go-to. They have had some staff changes, but despite that, they still maintain the attitude of trying their best. Today, my nail person, Fanda, took the time to show me comparisons to the nail polish color I chose. She wanted me to see that there were other options which might fit my complexion better than what I had selected. Other salons I have visited would allow for me to switch after the first toe/finger painting. Fanda, before starting anything (no filing, no soaking), had in her basket a variety of hue shades to compare against the one I chose. As soon as she took off the old paint she began to show me. My color choice on one toe/finger then a comparison on the other foot/hand. I saw what she saw simply because she cared enough to do her best that my finished product would be without regrets. It's the simplicity of the little things that matters most.
